901 Agentix provides automated SMS communication tools for contractors, including missed call recovery and estimate follow-up services. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
Recipients of SMS messages sent through our platform have either called the contractor's business number or provided their phone number when requesting a quote. All messages include opt-out instructions. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Contractors using 901 Agentix are responsible for ensuring they have a legitimate business relationship with any contact to whom automated messages are sent. Contractors agree not to use the service to contact individuals who have not interacted with their business.
Any recipient may opt out of future messages at any time by replying STOP. Opt-out requests are processed immediately and the recipient will receive no further automated messages.
901 Agentix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the month in which the claim arose.
